Preface

I want to be healthy. I'm not talking stop-eating, get skinny and sticklike, give up my life and never eat dessert again healthy, I'm talking a good amount of excercise, a healthy diet and getting all my vitamins.
This is going to start from tommorow, because right now it's 9:00pm and I'm not planning to eat anything else tonight except a banana, don't have time to excercise and am going to bed soon.

This blog is for me to keep track of it. I don't expect anyone to read it, feel free if you like but it's just to keep progress.

Agenda:
Spend at least 15 minutes excercising every day. (I know the reccomended amount is 30 minutes but I'm taking small steps.)
Get at least three portions of fruit + veg a day. (once again, I know, baby steps) No fobbing off with 'I'm sure that lettiuce in my sandwich counts'
Find ways to increase vitamin intake- not nessecarily vitamin pills, there must be better ways.
Get healthier, sugar free breakfast cereals to eat. Try and have fruit with it when possible. Anyone who is (probably not reading) know whether special K will help? (google it)
Pass up on snacking urges.
Start taking fish oil tablets (research first.)
Make sure to eat less fatty foods.
